The Bright Food Market attracts local producers to showcase the outstanding produce found in the Bright and North East Regional area, perfectly positioned along the banks of the beautiful Overs River.

The Alpine Classic – The ride of a lifetime – 23, 24 January
2021 brings you the 34th instalment of Australia’s best supported ride and perhaps this could be the year you take on the challenge in Victoria’s stunning high country and do something you never thought was possible.
The Alpine Classic, ride of a lifetime isn’t only reserved for the athletes and superheros with men and women, young and old, from 10 years of age and up to 80 taking on the challenge.
Get on top of the world and see the high country from a whole new perspective.
The Alpine Classic format now caters to around 2,000 riders and provides supported routes over eight courses offering moderate to seriously challenging courses: 60 kilometres – Mount Beauty, 70 kilometres – Mount Buffalo, 130 kilometres – Falls Creek, 140 kilometres – Mt Buffalo and Mt Beauty, 200 kilometres – Alpine Classic, 250 kilometres – Alpine Raid, 250 kilometres – ACE and 320 kilometres – Ultimate.
Adventure Travel Film Festival Australia – 12, 13, 14th Feb 2021
Back for the 10th year in Bright, the festival’s mission is to inspire people to undertake an adventurous journey. This could be anything from an overnight stay in the bush with the kids or an epic circumnavigation of the globe by boat, motorbike or balloon. The festival intends to demonstrate people don’t need to spend a fortune or be a physical warrior to take part in adventure travel.
The Adventure Travel Film Festival is a celebration of the world’s greatest adventure travel films from the 1920s right up to the present day.
There is also a programme of authors and inspiring speakers to motivate you. This festival proudly promotes the hardy world of adventure travel achieved by regular everyday people on skis, canoes, horseback, kayaks, bicycles, tricycles, cars, planes and foot.
Get a Grip on the Grind Annual Festival – Dare to be the Boldest You

Get a Grip of the Grind dares women to reconnect to what matters most for professional and personal success.

La Fiera Festival – 14, 16 May 2021
The La Fiera festival has been reinvented and its returning to Myrtleford in 2021 and kicks off with an opening event at Michelini Wines on Friday 14 May.
Traditional Masterclasses will be offered by local experts including noted Patrizia Simone with a Pasta Masterclass, wild mushroom forages, live music and the annual barista race, grape stomping competition and cultural and historical displays of Italian migration will all be recreated anew for 2021.
As with all public events they will be on close watch of any Coronavirus restrictions to ensure a safe and fun environment for everyone to enjoy all things Italian at this long running celebratory event.
