Falls Creek is just over an hour’s drive from Bright. Travel via the Great Alpine Road to Harrietville, then continue through Tawonga Gap to Mount Beauty before heading up the Bogong High Plains Road to Falls Creek. Roads are sealed, however snow chains may be required during winter.

There are plenty of scenic stops along the way, including Tawonga Gap with its stunning views of Mount Bogong, the township of Mount Beauty for a quick break, and the picturesque Kiewa Valley. Bogong Village is also a lovely spot to stop, especially for photos.
