Base rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests are welcome up to 6 guests at rates below.
EXTRA GUESTS | $55 per extra guest per night (+8.11% Vic levy).
PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

We can allow access to all rooms for a small fee if required and some exceptions can apply.
Minimum bookings 2 nights. Some peak & high seasons may require 3, 4 or 7 night stays. Booking fees will apply.

Zaid - 21st July 2024The house at Smoko is a lovely place to stay at. It is a beautiful setting and not far from the rail trail for bike rides.
Ben - 14th May 2024This is a beautiful, peaceful home situated around 15mins from Bright and 5 mins from Harrietville. We were able to enjoy the quiet surrounds in the morning watching the kangaroo's bouncing past in the paddocks and after a few big days sightseeing we were able to relax around the outside fireplace enjoying food and wine. I would highly recommend this home for a family getaway or with friends.
