Tucked away along the renowned Delany Avenue, this resort style 2-storey Bright apartment is decked out with everything you need to comfortably accommodate your family or small group of friends for your much needed holiday.

Just over a kilometre's stroll to the Bright Water Park, Bright Brewery, Tomahawks and many of the other culinary delights Bright has on offer, The Outta Towner, our latest pet friendly accommodation in Bright could be your new favourite home away from home in Bright.
This quirky holiday home immediately delights the senses, with conversational wall art to inspire many discussions from the moment you enter the home. Also taking pride of place is the spa room positioned directly off the kitchen and lounge area, so you still get to be part of the action whilst enjoying a deep plunge into spa heaven.

The lounge and dining areas have ample seating for everyone to relax, dine, and be together for that long-awaited family getaway.
A separate downstairs level creates a perfect rumpus room for the kids or separate space for another couple and is complete with its own generously sized bathroom, 2 sets of bunks, a couch and tv. It also has access to the rear yard leading directly out to the pine plantations and river access to town. The master bedroom is on the entry level and offers a king bed and its own full-sized bathroom

A separate laundry completes the home with everything you may need for longer holidays and to keep you toasty there is ample heating with ducted heating throughout, an additional panel heater for the retreat & a small split system in the spa room.
This property is booked for you and only you.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.

Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-6 guests offers 2 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.

Base rates are for 2 guests.  Extra guests are welcome up to 6 guests at rates below.

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.  This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

I only hope the extensive list is taken on board and actioned. From dirty cutlery, crockery , appliances broken and dangerous, spa bath jets full of mould, to rats partying all night in the ceiling. One towel for 3 nights and a teaspoon of soap apparently is what everyone else is happy with. Seriously disappointed :-(

MANAGERS NOTE : We apologise that David didn't have the experience we would hope. We were unable to replicate many of the complaints re. appliances but did unfortunately find that the spa pump was faulty, regrettably causing huge issues. The pump has now thankfully been replaced. It's a shame that the standard supplies were not adequate for a 3 night stay but we try to be clear that we are always available to offer assistance. We can always supply more needed goods, or direct to the other supplies onsite. It's a shame that our return guest didn't contact us mid-stay as we could have resolved most discomforts - including getting rid of unknown critters.

Lovely property in a convenient location easy walking distance to town.

The Outter Towner was perfect for our family of 5. We have stayed in the house twice now, and each time it’s been perfect. A lovely walk into town and easy access to the rail trail and the mountain bike tracks.
