+ Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. + 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.

Base rates are for 2 guests.  Extra guests are welcome up to 4 guests at rates below.

EXTRA GUESTS | $50 per extra guest per night

 

PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.  This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

Minimum bookings 2 nights.  Some peak & high seasons may require 3, 4 or 7 night stays.  Booking fees will apply.

This is an amazing property even better than the pictures. Wonderful location walking distance into town and to the river but with the bonus of great privacy.

From start to finish Alpine Valley Getaways was great, I had used them before with my husband. My friend and loved The Boathouse so much we intend to return there for our annual holiday.The owner happened to be there when we arrived doing yard work, he apologised but we weren’t bothered and explained about an issue with a window once again did not worry us.It is in a lovely position and lovely watching the cows and being on the edge of the paddock. Very easy walk to shops etc

The house is unique in style with a beautiful outlook and plenty of deck space for enjoying either the morning sun or having an open fire in the evening. Only minutes walk from the main street and quick access onto the Riverside walk pathway made this house the ideal location for our young family. Beds were super comfortable and all amenities were as described. We spent most of our days out on our bikes so the lockable bike storage was super convenient. Would highly recommend this property.
