Hargreaves House is the destination you have been looking for to getaway with 1 or 2 families or a group, a short stroll from everything Bright has to offer.

This spacious, fully equipped home offers 2 living areas, open plan dining and plenty of windows to take in the mountain vista and let the sun shine in.

The comfy lounge features a flat screen TV with loads of DVDs, books & games to keep you entertained. Reverse cycle heating and cooling and a lovely outlook.

Your fully equipped kitchen with coffee machine overlooks your spacious dining & sitting area with table for 10 and gorgeous wood fire. Relax with a good book by the fire or enjoy the afternoon sun. A TV with Ipod/CD player offers entertainment while you enjoy a game around the table.

4 comfortable bedrooms offer easy family living. The front of the house offers a queen room with ensuite and 2nd bedroom with single bunk & bed. The rear of the house offers another queen room and 4th bedroom with single bunk & bed, making the layout ideal for 2 families.

All bedding & linen is included for queen beds, all single beds will require guests to BYO doonas/blankets.

The huge, rear fully enclosed yard is ideal for a group to kick the footy or let the kids play safely - It will also keep your furry friend safe while you are away. Dine around the outdoor table with BBQ or take a stroll to Bright's main street to enjoy quality cafes & chef's hats restaurants.

The single lock up garage is also ideal to store bikes or your toys, a full laundry is also an added bonus.

This property is booked for you and only you.
You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.
Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-7 guests offers 3 bedrooms, 8-10 guests offers 4 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.

Base rates are for 4 guests. Extra guests are welcome up to 10 guests at rates below.

EXTRA GUESTS | $30 per extra guest per night

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

THIS PROPERTY DOES NOT OFFER BLANKETS FOR SINGLE BEDS.

We will provide fresh top sheets, bottom sheets & towels & pillows. You will need to provide your own doona/blanket/sleeping bags for any single beds used.

The accommodation provided is commendable and a convenient location. One small hiccup we encountered was finding the water heater boost switch, which necessitated a call to the staff for guidance. Despite the absence of traditional room heating, the heating blankets supplied effectively alleviated any chilliness. However, having in-room heating would have certainly enhanced our comfort. Besides these minor issues, our stay was more than satisfactory, and we thoroughly relished the experience.

My family and I absolutely loved staying at Hargreaves House. The design is fantastic and the huge yard was great for playing chasey with our dog. We would definitely booked this house again in the future or one of the other amazing places through Alpine Valley Getaways.

This house is very suited to a larger group. The family with young ones used the back of the house, and the three older ones the front. Everything was as described in the online information, but I think the photos don't quite do it justice. Our family has already voted to come back to Hargreaves house. The area is quiet, yet close to town and an easy walk. We did encounter an issue with a bad odour which turned out to dead rat in the roof which was promptly attended by the local pest controller

This was our second holiday at Hargreaves House- and it won't be our last! It is an ideal space for two families and a dog. The kids loved the outdoor space and it is easy for the kids to get their bikes in and out of the garage and the location is fantastic. The house was clean and tidy, facilities easy to use. Definitely be back for another family trip to Bright. Thanks AVG!

Hargraves House is a great house in a good location to be able to walk into town and explore the surrounding region. The big garden is perfect for your fur pets to enjoy and the bonus bike hooks in the garage was perfect for what we needed. The beds were comfortable and very clean, whislt the bathroom deco is dated it's prefect clean and functional. Lots of space thoughout the property to take a break from those you're staying with if you need to. Kitchen is fully stocked with good equipment.

We love Hargreaves House. We rebook annually. The house is quite spacious and we love it has 2 sleeping areas. My parents sleep at the front of the house, where there are 2 bedrooms and my family and I use the back 2 rooms and that way it feels like we have our own privacy and my kids don't disturb them. Yard is huge and they have a very well stocked kitchen for all your needs.
