This property is booked for you and only you. This property can accommodate a maximum of 8 ADULTS or 10 guests if children are included.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.

Base rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests are welcome up to 10 guests (8 adults max) at rates below.
EXTRA GUESTS | $50 per extra guest per night

 

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.  This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

 

+ The bunk room is not suitable for more than 4 adults.  Adult capacity is 8 adults across the property.

Beautiful place to stay in Bright. Loved we could take our dog and he had a big yard to play in. Loved the double glazed windows as we were worried it might be noisy on a busy street. We will be back, thanks!

It's great holiday house with all amenities which is suitable for 2 families....location is perfect with near by access of shops n city centre ....we highly recommend the property

Great house and location. A 5 min walk into town. When booking I was worried about the noise of car passing by on the main road, however cannot hear much as the house is set back and the main road isn't too busy. The house is large, warm and very homely. Great yard for the kids and dog to run around. Would stay again and would recommend it to others.

This house was above our expectations! Stunning large house which suited our 5 adults; huge fenced yard which our dogs loved; brilliant location for us to walk to restaurants, shops and brewery; beds were super comfortable; gorgeous bathrooms and kitchen. We will definitely be back

Brighter Stayz was the perfect property to stay at with friends and family, the house is large, open and bright with beautiful features, there is a huge front/ backyard for kids to play and its in a great location close to town.

We absolutely loved our stay here. The house is beautiful - spacious, very clean and equipped with everything you might need. There are even peppa pig mugs, which our toddler was very fond of. We loved the huge bath and the beds were very comfortable. And all within a short stroll to the town, the river and the splash park. We'll definitely be back!
