Autumn Leaf Cottages offer all the comforts of home for a couple or family of four.
These charming two bedroom units feature well equipped kitchenettes and reverse cycle heating & cooling in a comfortable and cosy atmosphere.

You will love relaxing on the window seat or enjoying the landscaped gardens providing tranquillity and privacy, while you're only a stroll from hotels and cafes.
This property is booked for you and only you.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.

Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. * 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.

This property is suitable for a maximum of 3 adults. The bunk room is a small room with foam mattresses and recommended for children only.

Base rates are for 2 guests. Extra guests are welcome up to 4 guests (3 adults max) at rates below.

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers. This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space. You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

Great stay at the bottom of Mount Hotham. Easy access to the mountain for a day of skiing and boarding. Cute l, comfortable cottage with everything you need for a few days stay.

A lovely clean and inviting cottage located back from the main road with no traffic noise. Within walking distance to both hotels and shops. The local walks nearby were enjoyable and provided information about the gold mining history. Would definitely stay again.
