Pricing & Info

Base rates are for 2 guests.  Extra guests are welcome up to 8 guests (6 ADULTS MAX) at rates below.

EXTRA GUESTS | $50 per extra guest per night (+8.11% Vic levy).

PLEASE NOTE: Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.  This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

Minimum bookings 2 nights.  Some peak & high seasons may require 3, 4 or 7 night stays.  Booking fees will apply.
