The roomy media room can also double as a 5th bedroom with good quality queen sofa bed allowing up to 10 guests.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access and price is determined by guest numbers.
- Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. * 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-6 guests offers 3 bedrooms, 7-8 guests offers 4 bedrooms, 9-10 guests offers use of the media room. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.
