Base rates are for 2 guests.  Extra guests are welcome up to 4 guests at rates below.

EXTRA GUESTS | $40 per extra guest per night

 

PLEASE NOTE : Bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.  This allows smaller groups to enjoy our homes without needing to pay for unused space.  You will have the home to yourself and unneeded bedrooms will be locked.

Minimum bookings 2 nights.  Some peak & high seasons may require 3, 4 or 7 night stays.  Booking fees will apply.

From 1st January 2025, all new bookings will include the Victorian Short Stay Levy Tax of 7.5% of the total booking.

Abenaki was excellent - all our needs were met. The space and separate living spaces added to the comfort. Backyard secure for dogs and doggy door for small dog perfect. Highly recommend. I do ask what the bedrooms would be like during hot summer - not sure if fans would be enough to cool room down. Definitely will consider again Thank you for everything 😀 Lili

We had an awesome extended stay in Abenaki. So convenient to everything. Parked the car in the garage, and there was no need for it to ever leave - walking distance to shops, cafe, supermarket etc. Right at the junction of the rail trails, with the added bonus of a gurgling creek for relaxation. Only negative was when we went to rebook for next year, someone had already beaten us to the dates :)

Abenaki is a fantastic little house that was perfect for our 4 days in Bright. We have 2 dachshunds, and the yard is very well secured with a nice grassed space for them to run around on. The location of the property is great - only a few minutes from the main street. The value for money compared to other properties in Bright is sensational. Everything inside the house is well looked after and maintained. Well equipped kitchen and laundry facilities. Having two bathrooms was very handy too.

We had a great stay. This house is very spacious and well equipped. The location is ideal; only a 5 minute stroll to town. Lovely backyard with chiminea, fully fenced, perfect to relax by the fire and listen to the sound of the creek running in the background.

Central location, Close to all the restaurants shops , For those that love a bike ride or hike it it close to all those tracks. Loved that it was pet friendly with a back yard for our furry friends. The rooms were spacious and all amenities were clean and in good condition. Would 100% stay here again!

ABENAKI was in a fantastic location and extremely warm and welcoming. It had plenty of room for our dogs and us and provided a backyard that was very secure as well as very beautiful backing onto a stream. Would definitely stay here again.

Alpine Valley Getaways staff are so easy to deal with and responsive to requests and are very helpful! Abenaki is a great accommodation. Clean, perfect size for us as a couple with a fur baby. Closeness to town is an added bonus! Will be back!
