Open since 2012, Japanese Katsu Cafe in Bright serves sushi, ramen, tonkatsu and typical Japanese snack foods.
You can eat in, as it’s fully licenced and has a selection of beer, sake and umeshu (Japanese plum wine). It also has a limited selection of Australian wines from two different local wineries.
