This short walk, which starts at the Gorge Day Visitor Area near Mount Buffalo Chalet, offers magnificent views across the Ovens and Buckland Valleys.
Approximately 2.5km in length, this easy walk features interpretative signs focusing on the area's flora and European-based history.
You'll descend down granite-stone stairs until you reach Buffalo Gorge, which features Crystal Brook Falls, which plunges 300 metres to the valley floor below.
You'll also gain views of an immense granite cliff face - some of the highest vertical cliffs in Australia, and popular with mountain climbers and abseilers.
There is ample parking at the start of the walk, along with toilets and picnic tables.
