Bright Yoga Space in Bright is run by experienced yoga teachers Kylie and Emily.

With a shared vision the two have created online and in-person experiences, combining their skills as teachers of Hatha, Vinyasa and Yin Yoga, Breathwork and Mindfulness Meditation as well as Sister Circle facilitation.

Kylie and Emily conduct their Yoga sessions driven by a fierce passion, inclusivity, authenticity and loving compassion.

You can undertake their courses online, either streamed or as a downloadable video session. Or visit them to undertake weekly in-class sessions.

Bright Yoga Space also creates a range of bespoke immersive retreat offerings, both in person and virtual retreats, where you can come and deepen your connection with yourself and others. These retreats include yoga, mindfulness, meditation, journalling, kirtan, essential oils and more. 

There are also weekly guided meditations, learn to meditate courses, private coaching and access to guided meditations and resources.
