Bright Spring Festival Carnival and Grand Fireworks Spectacular

Enjoy the 2019 Bright Spring Festival carnival and firework spectacular.

There will be fairground rides, a fireworks display, a variety of food stalls, live music and entertainment and lots more. The food, drinks, entertainment and carnival atmosphere can be enjoyed by the whole family.
