Our family has been making ice cream and sorbet in Bright and Beechworth since the late 90s. We learnt our trade from an Italian gelato master, who migrated from Tuscany and opened the Bright ice creamery in 1986.
Nestled in the vibrant food bowl of North East Victoria, we proudly source as much produce locally as possible including milk, berries, stone fruit, citrus and nuts. Following traditional recipes, we craft all of our ice cream and sorbets on the premises, using vintage Italian Carpigiani ice cream machines.
With a selection of over 70 ice cream flavours that change seasonally, we like to think we have something to keep everyone happy.
