Our family have been making ice cream and sorbet in Bright and Beechworth since the late 90’s. We learnt our trade from an Italian gelato master, who migrated from Tuscany and open the Bright store in 1986.
Nestled in the vibrant food bowl of North East Victoria, we proudly source as much produce locally as possible e.g. milk, berries, stone fruit, citrus and nuts. Following traditional recipes, we then craft all of our ice cream and sorbets on the premises, using vintage Italian Carpigiani ice cream machines.
With a selection of over 70 flavours that change seasonally, we like to think there is something to keep everyone happy here.
