Alpine Valley Getaways x Hoys Ski Hire Winter Giveaway – Terms & Conditions
Promotion
The Alpine Valley Getaways x Hoys Ski Hire Winter Giveaway (“Promotion”) is conducted by Alpine Valley Getaways Pty Ltd (“AVG”) in partnership with Hoys Ski Hire.
By entering this Promotion, entrants agree to these Terms & Conditions.
Promotion Period
The Promotion opens at 9:00am (AEST) on 13 July 2026 and closes at 11:59pm (AEST) on 22nd July 2026.
Entries received after the closing time will not be accepted.
Eligibility
Entry is open to Australian residents aged 18 years and over.
Employees of Alpine Valley Getaways, Hoys Ski Hire and their immediate family members are not eligible to enter.
How to Enter
There are two ways to enter.
Option 1 – Book Direct
Make a new direct accommodation booking with Alpine Valley Getaways during the Promotion Period for travel during the 2026 winter season.
Eligible direct bookings made via:
- The Alpine Valley Getaways website
- Phone
will automatically receive one (1) entry into the draw.
Bookings made through third-party booking platforms including Airbnb, Booking.com, Stayz, Riparide or similar online travel agencies are not eligible.
Option 2 – Request the Snow Trip Guide
During the Promotion Period:
- Comment “SNOW” on the official Alpine Valley Getaways giveaway post on Facebook or Instagram; and
- Complete the requested details via the automated message (including a valid email address).
Once completed, entrants will receive the free Snow Trip Guide and one (1) entry into the prize draw.
Only one entry per person is permitted via the Snow Trip Guide.
Multiple Entries
Entrants may receive:
- One (1) entry for requesting the Snow Trip Guide; and
- One (1) entry for each eligible new direct accommodation booking made during the Promotion Period.
There is no limit to the number of eligible direct booking entries.
Prize
One (1) winner will receive:
- A Hoys Ski Hire Voucher for 4 People for 2 days, valid for use during the 2026 winter snow season in Victoria, Australia.
The voucher will be supplied by Hoys Ski Hire and is subject to Hoys Ski Hire’s standard terms and conditions.
The prize is not transferable, refundable or redeemable for cash.
Any costs associated with travel, accommodation, lift tickets, transport, meals or other expenses are the responsibility of the winner unless otherwise stated.
Prize Draw
The winner will be drawn at random within five (5) business days of the Promotion closing.
The draw will be conducted by Alpine Valley Getaways.
The winner will be contacted via the email address or phone number provided during entry.
If the winner cannot be contacted within 48hrs of announcement, Alpine Valley Getaways reserves the right to redraw the prize.
Winner Announcement
The winner’s first name, suburb and/or socials handle may be published on Alpine Valley Getaways’ website and social media channels.
Privacy
Personal information collected during this Promotion will only be used for administering the Promotion and in accordance with Alpine Valley Getaways’ Privacy Policy.
By requesting the Snow Trip Guide or entering this Promotion, entrants consent to receiving marketing communications from Alpine Valley Getaways. Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing emails at any time using the unsubscribe link provided in each email.
General Conditions
Alpine Valley Getaways reserves the right to verify the validity of entries and to disqualify any entrant who tampers with the entry process or submits an entry that is incomplete, misleading or fraudulent.
Alpine Valley Getaways reserves the right to amend, suspend or cancel the Promotion where circumstances beyond its reasonable control make this necessary.
If the prize becomes unavailable for any reason, Alpine Valley Getaways reserves the right to substitute the prize with another prize of equal or greater value.
Liability
Except for any liability that cannot be excluded by law, Alpine Valley Getaways and Hoys Ski Hire are not responsible for any loss, damage or injury suffered by entrants arising from participation in this Promotion or use of the prize.
