Terms and Conditions for Alpine Valley Getaways X Darker Days 2026 Ultimate Stay Giveaway
1. Sponsor
This giveaway is sponsored by Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery (official organiser of Darker Days Festival) in Bright, Northeast Victoria, Australia.
2. Eligibility
The giveaway is open to residents of Australia who are 18 years of age or older as of the date of entry.
Employees of Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery and immediate family members are not eligible to participate.
3. Agreement to Rules
By participating, you agree to Alpine Valley Getaways property terms and conditions found on their website as well as Bright Brewery terms and conditions of the Darker Days Festival. In addition, you agree to accept the decisions of Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery as final and binding as it relates to the content of this giveaway.
4. Giveaway Period
Entries will be accepted starting on Wednesday 22nd April at 12pm and ending Sunday May 17th at midnight. All times are AEST.
5. How to Enter
The giveaway must be entered by performing the following actions:
- Like the giveaway post.
- Tag 1 x friend in the comments section of the giveaway post that you want to join you.
- Share the giveaway post on your story.
- Entries that are incomplete or do not adhere to the rules or specifications may be disqualified at the sole discretion of Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery.
6. Prizes
The winner of this giveaway will receive 2 nights free in our beautiful property Villa Urbane for 2 guests. PLUS 2 x tickets to Darker Days Festival 2026, plus drink cards at the event, plus Bright Brewery Beers on arrival. Redeemable for the dates June 20th/21st 2026 to stay during the Darker Days Festival.
The specifics of the prize shall be solely determined by Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery. No cash or other prize substitution shall be permitted. The prize can be gifted to another recipient of your choice if you are unable to attend on these dates (20th June – 22nd of June 2026).
Please note: Prize winners need to contact Alpine Valley Getaways in advance to arrange their accommodation booking & confirm their details.
7. Winner Selection and Notification
The winner will be selected by a random drawing under the supervision of Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery.
The winner will be notified via social media, direct message, within 2 days of the competition closing. Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery shall have no liability for the winner’s failure to receive notices due to spam, junk e-mail, or other security settings or for the winner’s provision of incorrect or otherwise non-functioning contact information.
If the selected winner cannot be contacted, is ineligible, fails to claim the prize within 3 days from the time award notification was sent, the prize may be forfeited, and an alternate winner will be selected.
8. Terms
Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to cancel, terminate, modify, or suspend the giveaway should a virus, bug, non-authorized human intervention, fraud, or other cause beyond Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery’s control corrupt or affect the administration, security, fairness, or proper conduct of the giveaway. In such case, Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery may select the winner from all eligible entries received prior to and/or after (if appropriate) the action taken by Alpine Valley Getaways & Bright Brewery.
