The sunny and cosy living area features a warm wood fire or reverse cycle cooling for year round comfort. Relax with a movie on the TV/DVD (DVDs provided) or challenge the family on the Playstation 3 with games supplied.
Great dining is just up the road or whip up a feast in your fully equipped kitchen and enjoy a meal on your dining table with bench seating, then enjoy a classic board game after dinner.
Make use of the pod style coffee machine or ride one of the supplied adult mountain bikes to a local cafe, or our shopping bikes with basket are perfect for those supermarket runs when parking is an issue!
Outside, enjoy the mountain views from your covered deck or make use of the kitted out bike shed with couches.
Set up with the adventurer in mind, mountain bikes are supplied for your use. Bring your own and make the most of surrounding tracks with cleaning equipment, pumps and racks in your fully lockable shed.

The master bedroom with large flat screen TV features a pillow top queen bed with linen & electric blankets supplied.
The second bedroom also features a pillow top queen bed with linen & electric blankets supplied.
The third bedroom, ideal for the smaller family members has a tri-bunk and room to play. Bring your own linen for these beds or use our hire service.

You will have the entire property to yourselves however bedroom access is determined by guest numbers.
Extra bedrooms will be closed off and can only be made available for a a small additional fee. 1-2 guests offers 1 bedroom, 3-4 guests offers 2 bedrooms, 5-7 guests offers 3 bedrooms. Exceptions apply for bookings of 5 nights or more.
