Payment Plan Terms & Conditions

Alpine Valley Getaways offers a simple payment or lay-by plan for all bookings with arrivals at least 60 days from the date the booking is made.


+ Guests must be at least 18 years of age at the time of booking.

+ Guests can contact Alpine Valley Getaways or BOOK ONLINE selecting 'payment plan' as the method of payment at check-out.  Guests can choose to pay weekly, fortnightly or monthly, with all payments completed at least 7 days prior to arrival.

+ Guests must have and maintain a valid Visa or Mastercard and provide all personal details including full residential address.  The card specified must match the name of the person creating the booking. 

+ Payments will be deducted automatically from the provided credit card on the dates outlined at the establishment of the payment plan.

+ Each individual payment will incur a $1 charge automatically applied to your payment.


+ All Alpine Valley Getaways properties are eligible for payment plans for arrivals at least 60 days from the time of booking, allowing a minimum of 2 payment instalments.

+ Payment plans are only available for bookings made directly with Alpine Valley Getaways - via email, phone or online.

+ Guests will ensure that funds are available on each selected payment date. Failed payment attempts could result in cancellation of bookings.

+ Alpine Valley Getaways will take all measures to ensure automatic instalments are deducted correctly, however will not be held liable for any incidents occurring if issues arise.

+ Payment plans may be cancelled or refused by Alpine Valley Getaways if (but not limited to) :

If fraudulent behaviour is suspected at any time.

If funds are not available on the agreed date of automatic instalments

+ If any booking or payment details change (including cancellation or expiry of credit card provided), the guest is responsible for contacting Alpine Valley Getaways to update details prior to the next relevant instalment deduction.

+ All standard Alpine Valley Getaways terms & conditions will apply to cancellations, refunds & booking agreements :

Payment frequency is selected from the options provided - weekly, fortnightly or monthly. The payment frequency may be controlled by the commencement date of your Holiday and the date you start your Payment Plan. Please note: Once you have selected a payment frequency, the payment dates are fixed/automated and unable to be altered.

Payments must be made via credit card (Visa or Mastercard only).


The first payment of your Payment Plan will depend on the payment frequency you have chosen. Refer to the below table for further information:

Payment frequency First payment
Weekly First payment will occur on the Start Date then weekly on the

same day after that (Direct Debit Date)

Fortnightly First payment will occur on the Start Date then fortnightly on the

same day after that (Direct Debit Date)

Monthly First payment will occur on the Start Date then monthly on the

same day after that (Direct Debit Date)


Full payment is due at least 7 days before the date of the holiday. The final payment date and amount of your Payment Plan will be specified during the finalisation of the booking process.


Each repayment/installment due amount, will be specified during the finalisation of the booking process.  Guests must ensure funds are available on the registered credit card on the day of payment instalments.  Rejected payments may result in the cancellation of your booking.
