Take time out to work on your self, create a positive vision for your future and become the best person you can be. You will explore vinyasa, yin and restorative yoga sequences, meditation practices, silent reflection, essential oils, crystals, journalling and visioning exercises to assist you to create positive energy in your life. A healthy lunch and snacks with be provided with time to walk in the surrounding bush or swim in the onsite pool.
