Since taking on the pub in 2007 the team have set out to make The Snowline Hotel a destination by focusing on great food featuring the best of local produce.
The Harrietville Snowline Hotel has been blessed with a succession of great chefs that have shared the same vision. The current head chef, Dan O’Donohue and his partner Tahlia Casey have run kitchens in some of Melbourne’s most iconic inner city pubs.
They are excited to discover all the best local produce the North East has to offer and bring the latest inner city food ideas to the Snowline. With a great range of small share plates plus a seasonally changing menu of pub classics and contemporary dining specials there should be something to tempt everyone.
