Brighter Days Confirms Hourly Bus Service between Harrietville to Bright
Brighter Days patrons staying in the picturesque town of Harrietville will be able to access an hourly bus service to nearby Bright on the weekend of the popular festival.
Harrietville, approximately 20 minutes from Bright on the Great Alpine Road, is the epitome of country charm, offering two popular pubs, cafes, a bakery, and a great selection of walks, parks and other historic attractions.
Buses servicing Brighter Days Festival attendees will operate on Saturday March 7 and Sunday March 8 between Harrietville and Bright on the hour, every hour, from 10am until late at night. Buses can be arranged for the evening of Friday March 6 by contacting the operator - Bright and District Leisure Tours - on 0421 648 151.
Buses will depart Harrietville from the centrally located Snowline Hotel and will drop passengers off at the Bright Visitor Centre.

Held on the Labour Day weekend of March 6-8, the Brighter Days Festival revolves around cars, motorcycles and music and raises money for various charities, including the Cooper Trewin Memorial (SUDC) Research Fund, EB Research Foundation and the DEBRA Foundation (Dystrophic Epidermolysis Bullosa Research Association).
This year’s event includes performances by Jon Stevens, Daryl Braithwaite, Thirsty Merc and Ross Wilson, to name just a few of the top-class musicians who’ll be on show.
